Lesson packages are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Both lesson packages and gift vouchers are not transferable or are to be resold.
Clients must have a valid licence and must be carried at all times when driving. (No Licence – No Lesson).
Paper or online app logbooks are the responsibility of the client.
Driving Lessons commence and end at a pre-determined pick-up/drop-off point as booked. If you are late, the Driving Instructor cannot deliver the full Driving Lesson and this will result in a shortened lesson.
You will be picked up and dropped off as booked as the Driving Instructor has to get to the next client in the area of the drop-off point.
If a refund is agreed upon with management, we reserve the right to recalculate any packages removing discounts and recalculating at the normal rate to formulate a retune amount.
All refunds will be subject to a $30.00 administration fee without fail or question.
Easy Start Driving School will do its best to rebook cancelled bookings so as not to pass on any charges or forfeits.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson via phone, email or text due to unforeseen circumstances or dangerous weather conditions.
Driving Lessons will not be rescheduled due to rain.

You can reschedule your lesson outside of 24 hours. If it is within 24 hours, this will be counted as a forfeit and cannot be rescheduled. For test appointments, rescheduling must be done with a notice period of over 48 hours.
Weekend lessons must be rescheduled outside of 48 hours will be counted as a forfeit.
All test packages will be charged upfront. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure the logbook is approved and Hazard Perception tests have been completed.
We will not be held liable for delivering the warm-up lesson and turning up for a test time to be told by TMR that the logbook has not been submitted, wrong date or time. This will result in a forfeit of the test pack entirely.
Please note that while we strive to accommodate all our students’ schedules, tests take priority over regular lessons. Therefore, in the event of a driving test appointment, we may need to rearrange your lesson to accommodate this priority. We kindly ask for your understanding and flexibility in such situations.
Easy Start Driving School has zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. If our Driving Instructors feel you are not fit to drive for any reason and safety will be compromised the lesson will be terminated and the full fee will be forfeited.
